For jobs requiring quick installation and consecutive placement, PNA's Armor-Edge^® All Steel joint assembly is a leave-in-place armored joint protection system on full-depth, pre-fabricated unit. This system provides cold-rolled steel at the slab plane for flatness requirements and superior edge protection for high-traffic areas, freezer buildings and jointless floor designs, including:

• Shrinkage compensating concrete
• Post-tensioned
• Continuously reinforced
• Steel fiber reinforced

The assembly arrives on-site with PNA's Armor-Edge^® joint assembly and Diamond Dowel^® System. The joint assembly is pre-installed on a sheet metal form; the Diamond Dowel^® plates are welded in the assembly; and the Diamond Dowel^® pocket formers are provided in separate packaging. The complete assembly ensures a smooth surface transition for forklift traffic, reduces long-term floor and fork truck maintenance costs and saves you time and money on labor and installation.
